We work using Agile Methodology - Kanban in Jira. All client requirements are written as user stories, story pointed and assigned to the correct resource to complete within the agreed timelines. Daily stand-ups with the team ensures transparency and total collaboration. Agile allows us to effectively manage performance methodically, measure change control, mitigate against risks and resolve potential issues quickly so that our clients achieve their desired results and our team and business growth continues steadily.
