As a Client Service and Operations Assistant, the purpose is to act as the pivotal right hand of the company, focusing on the operational side of the business. The role is instrumental in ensuring Floatist maintains its reputation for outstanding customer service and robust support to the team.

Responsibilities include:

🧾 Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, ensuring a swift and professional resolution to any issues.

πŸ“Š Proactively reach out to customers to gauge satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for service enhancement.

πŸ“¦ Conduct onboarding sessions at marina bases for new Floatist customers, explaining the app's functionalities and integrating their boats into the system with meticulous attention to detail.

πŸ“‘ Manage executive tasks such as booking travel, handling accounting matters, and assisting with event preparations, showcasing a high level of organisational skill.

πŸ’Ό Take ownership of the customer support schedule, arranging 'on duty' periods and ensuring coverage for out-of-office hour requests.

πŸ—“οΈ There is a possibility of travel, primarily in Croatia, with potential visits to Greece, Turkey, and Italy, as Floatist's customer base expands.

Working Hours ⏰:

  • Full-time.
  • Flexibility is required to accommodate customer operations during weekends and evenings, aligned with the European time zone.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

βœ… A startup mentality and flexibility with work hours, as this is not a typical 9-5, Monday-to-Friday job.

βœ… The ability to respond to customer inquiries promptly, even during weekends and evenings.

βœ… The capability to work fully remotely, possibly travelling to customer locations across Croatia, Greece, Turkey, and Italy.

βœ… Experience in managing executive tasks such as booking travel, handling accounting, and assisting with event preparations.

βœ… Detail-oriented and organised attitude, particularly when onboarding new customers and managing data in Floatist's system.
