Virtual Assistant - Riley Oickle [CLOSED]

Full Time 1100.00 USD Type: Monthly


I help people to buy their first income property and manage it profitably and passively. They work with me because I specialize in a niche which is a real problem for a lot of people. Buying your first income property is very challenging, but once they buy their first, the rest come easily.

We have helped over 100 people to buy their first income property and get to $1,000/month in cash flow through the coaching we provide in our program. Our goal is to help 1,000 people to buy their first income property in the next 5 years.

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant Portfolio Manager who will help oversee property investment portfolios virtually. We are growing rapidly and to accommodate the growth, we want our new Virtual Assistant to add more properties to our portfolio.

As our Virtual Assistant & Portfolio Manager, you will:

  • Work closely with Riley Oickle, the owner
  • Have a 30-minute morning call check-in/debrief call Monday to Friday
  • Keep our portfolio operating through by:
  • Gathering contacts of tradespeople to do our renovations & screen them on the phone
  • Responding to tenant questions and re-rental inquiries
  • Searching the MLS for new investment opportunities
  • Finding and communicating with property owners
  • Calling the existing leads of investment properties to speak with the owners about selling

Tasks will be assigned via Notion. Zoom, Telegram & email are our main sources of communication.

Training will be provided for you at the beginning & we are ready to help you learn how to build and operate a real estate investment portfolio; you will also learn about day-to-day business operations at our company. Your training will last for four weeks and once the onboarding process is complete, we will support you by doing a 30-minute check-in/debrief call every morning.

Our ideal applicant is:

  • Willing to speak on the phone to tradespeople, property owners and tenants
  • Eager to step outside your comfort zone
  • Driven to learn & positive
  • Able to communicate clearly with enthusiasm

To excel at this position, you need to have:

  • Experience in a Customer Service position or similar
  • Ability to use G-Suite, Telegram, Zoom & Skype
  • Great English and communication skills

Brownie points for:

  • Experience in administrative roles
  • Experience with real estate

What’s in it for you?

  • $1100 per month*
  • Flexible working hours: ideally, you would start working between 9 AM — 11 AM, Eastern European Time. The time zone must be within 7 hours or less of a difference compared to Eastern Standard Time (Toronto)
  • Full-time opportunity: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
  • Access to our learning course called Your First Income Property Program where you will learn how to buy your first income property
  • As the company grows, so will the roles of each of our team members. When we need to expand our team and hire on help, you will be overseeing the new hires that work within our portfolio sector
  • Salary increases as the business grows
