We’re looking for someone that loves planning travel, and would even do it on their free time planning trips for themselves and friends. You know how to get someone home through creative routes when flights unexpectedly cancel.
This role is for you if you have experience in the travel industry, enjoy exploring creative ways to design and book travel and have a talent for handling various tasks with ease.
You are quick on your feet and often know what is needed before it’s asked, we’re huge fans of anticipatory care. You know if people are eating french fries, they’re definitely going to need some napkins.
You are meticulous, organized and process oriented who’s passionate about curating exquisite travel experiences for others.

Tasks and Responsibilities
Travel Planning
Research, design, manage and book travel from beginning to end
Review individuals needs and wants for travel, to ensure you can cater a trip specially designed to meet their needs
Review budgets, and plan trips according to clients budget constraints
Research, Design, execute step-by-step exceptional itineraries for travel and be available on travel days for any issues
Miles and Points Hacking - BONUS
You have experience with many different loyalty programs and absolutely LOVE making sure people are making the most of their points and miles. If this is something you want to learn more about, training opportunities exist.
Optimize airline and credit cards miles programs
Research and introduce new relevant miles programs
Pre-Travel Logistics
You will make sure our clients get from point A to point B, turning stressful travel days into an enjoyable experience.
Monitor restrictions on travel that come and go
Ensure desired seats are confirmed
Ensure frequent flier numbers and TSA precheck are on ticket
Ensure legal travel requirements are met (visa, health tests, etc.)
Create packing lists
Plan travel milestones (purchases needed prior to travel)
Transportation and mobility onsite (Uber availability, Taxi cash-only, car rental automatic transmission, drivers, trains, etc)
Availability of credit-cards payment options (cash needed and how much)
Concierge and help clients enjoy the travel
From there, you’ll help them make the most of their experience by planning everything from where to eat to what to visit and see.
Book reservations (restaurants, SPAs, activities, etc)
Research and book concierge onsite (cleaning, fridge stocking, driver, professionals, etc)
Support with event planning during trip (I.e. communicating with chef, bartender, stocking alcohol, groceries, etc).
Requirements
Must have experience in the travel industry
Must enjoy doing online research
Must be meticulous, organized, thorough, and self-driven
Must be able to uncover unknown sources of support in different countries
Must be available for emergency calls on travel days
Technical Requirements:
Must have excellent and reliable Wifi
Skill Set:
Self-starter - you take on projects and run with it without having to be asked to do things.
You love finding and using the newest technologies and websites to optimize the travel experience
Strong communication skills—you’re not afraid to ask questions and reach out when you need help. Effectively communicate with clients pre/post travel
Very high attention to detail—You catch typos and errors in documents, cards and orders easily. (and know the secret code is TS177).
