We’re looking for a Project and Sourcing Assistant. This role is about working closely with the manager, assisting with coordination, research, and ensuring our supply chain runs like clockwork.

Are you super organised with a keen eye for detail? Do you have product sourcing experience and like coordinating projects and making sure all goes smoothly throughout the supply chain? If so, this role might be for you.


In this role, you will:

📦 Coordinate product development projects and order management

🤝 Interact with design freelancers, sourcing partners, manufacturers, and logistics partners

📊 Project manage supply chain processes and ensure timely fulfilment

🏭 Coordinate with manufacturers, primarily in China, to develop products

🔍 Conduct research to identify new sourcing opportunities and optimise supply chain efficiency

⏰ Working Hours: This is a full time role and you should be willing to work some early hours to accommodate communicating with our supply chain partners in China.



To excel in this role, you need to have:

  • Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with design freelancers, agencies, sourcing partners, manufacturers, and logistics partners.
  • A strong attention to detail to manage complex supply chain operations and ensure accuracy in all aspects of the job.
  • 2+ years experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related role.
  • Strong project management skills to oversee supply chain projects from conception to completion.
  • Ability to analyse data and metrics to optimise supply chain operations and reduce costs.
  • Skill in negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers and partners to secure favourable deals.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise in the supply chain process.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Notion, Slack, Airtable, and Google Workspace to manage inventory, track shipments, and streamline operations.
  • Experience in integrating various elements of the supply chain, from design to manufacturing to logistics.
  • Experience in managing relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and other partners
  • Experience in coordinating logistics operations, including shipping, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Proven track record of implementing strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency in the supply chain.
  • Familiarity with regulations and standards related to supply chain and logistics operations.

Brownie points for:

  • Experience in managing international supply chains, dealing with global sourcing and logistics challenges.
  • Familiarity with the manufacturing landscape in China, including knowledge of key manufacturing hubs, regulatory environment, and cultural nuances.
  • Experience in managing supply chains specifically for consumer (electronics) products, understanding the unique challenges and requirements of this sector.

The ideal candidate? You're great at talking with everyone involved in the supply chain, from suppliers to logistics partners. You pay close attention to every detail to make sure everything goes smoothly. When problems come up, you're quick to find solutions and keep things on track.

What’s in it for you?

  • Competitive monthly salary ranging from $1500 to $1800*
  • Initial loan of $1200 provided as a "starting budget" to set up a comfortable work environment, with $100 deducted from the loan every month worked. Employees have the opportunity to request a new investment after three years of employment.
  • 20 vacation days per year
  • Eligibility for state holidays based on the employee's country of registration, with a maximum of 10 days per year.
  • Flexibility to take additional leave days, including maternity and paternity leave, emergency leave, adoption leave, and long-term care leave for immediate family members.
