Dubai Tech Startup provides agency accounts from Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other platforms as well as marketing tools and strategies to help its clients scale their businesses. The company is now building an app so that the clients can log in and make requests through it, helping the company facilitate and expand its operations!

Dubai Tech Startup is looking for a Senior Partnership Manager to join their team.

Within the first month, you will:

• Familiarise yourself with the CEO, team, company and vision
• Learn more about the current stage of the program
• Develop a plan for the program launch (roadmap, timelines, deadlines, team, success metrics, and operational metrics with the operations manager)
• Meet existing partners and develop relationships with them
• Reach out to the personal network for more partners (offers, agencies etc..)

After that, you will be expected to:

• Finalise the system with the operations manager for input and output of resources for the program and other metrics
• Onboard new partners in each department of the program (offers, creative agencies, asset providers)
• Build a pipeline of new partners and continuously search for more
• Develop clear dashboards for partner performance
• Train and develop account managers on the system
• Analyse program impact, ensuring impact and profitability per partner and clients
• Work with the developer to build a good reporting system
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a plan for launching the program

The goal of this position after six months is to have the program working like a well-oiled machine, with you continuing to manage people and systems to make sure everyone is performing with excellence. If you’re up for this challenge, read on!

To be a successful candidate, you need:

• 5+ years experience as a business development manager
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing industry
• Experience working in a fast-growing digital company (Fintech/Adtech)
• Experience in startups and semi-unstructured environments
• Ability to work within chaos and some unstructured days
• Ability to build a system, create more clarity, clean and organise the chaos
• Experience with ClickUp
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics
• Ability to build a team of high achievers using top grading methods
• Passion for ownership and autonomy

This is a full-time position, and you’ll need to have as much overlap as possible with the Dubai time zone (GST).

What’s in it for you?

• Monthly salary of $4000 - $5000*
• Full-time & fully remote
• Commission & salary increases depending on performance
