We're seeking an innovative leader who's eager to leverage cutting-edge technology and spearhead our talent acquisition process, transforming the way we match candidates with our clients.  

As a key player in our growth journey, you'll collaborate closely with the leadership team, initially conducting a majority of the interviews yourself and with the existing team.  

As you build and develop your own recruitment team and establish a scalable hiring process, you'll continue to maintain an unwavering focus on hiring the best assistants for our clients.

Embracing a data-driven approach, you'll own the OKRs of increasing sourcing pools and tracking progress through all recruitment stages.  

Your enthusiasm for testing everything from personality tests to state-of-the-art tools will play a crucial role in optimizing our hiring process and ensuring a 90%+ success rate in placing candidates, all while refining our methodology to achieve a 75%+ hire rate for top-tier talent.

Your first project will be to audit our existing process, make rapid improvements that can be tested to start matching candidates immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to identify staffing needs for new or open positions
  • Create compelling job descriptions to attract top candidates
  • Define and manage the hiring team's roles and responsibilities throughout the recruitment process
  • Conduct primary interviews and set expectations for the interview process
  • Optimize recruitment to increase application flow and achieve a 75%+ hire rate for A players
  • Make final hiring decisions, pending executive approval, and collaborate with HR to negotiate employment terms
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and job offer negotiations
  • Enhance the candidate experience throughout the talent acquisition process
  • Work closely with hiring assistants and operations managers to meet hiring needs and optimize processes
  • Monitor recruitment metrics to identify improvement areas and make data-driven decisions
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies with content and paid strategies, leveraging data, technology, and industry trends
  • Design and execute experiments to test recruitment tools, techniques, and platforms
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish, track, and evaluate talent acquisition OKRs, aligning with business objectives
  • Maintain a data-driven approach to recruitment, leveraging metrics and insights for optimization and improvement

About you

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related field
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Proven success in building and leading talent acquisition teams
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in ATS, social media recruiting, and recruitment marketing
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced setting
  • Familiarity with the WHO hiring process, topgrading, and various assessment tools
  • Experience leveraging data and analytics to optimize recruitment processes
  • Demonstrated success in creative sourcing strategies and staying current with industry trends
  • Passion for continuous improvement, experimentation, and mentoring team members
  • Experience hiring in Europe, Philippines, and North America is a plus
