Era Organics is seeking a dedicated Product Development Assistant to join their team. This role is instrumental in supporting Tyler and the product development process. The primary responsibilities include managing suppliers, effective email follow-ups, sample coordination, supplier research, competitor analysis, and contributing to design enhancements. The ideal candidate will excel in these areas, emphasizing creativity and flexibility, and play a crucial role in Era Organics' mission to create safe, plant-based skincare products. More specifically, within this role, you will:

📦 Collaborate with suppliers to expedite product development.

📑 Manage email correspondence efficiently.

📊 Coordinate product samples to ensure top-notch quality.

📈 Research potential suppliers aligned with Era Organics' needs.

🔍 Analyze skincare market competitors for inspiration, encompassing a diverse range of products, including supplements and physical items. Explore various sources, such as trade show websites, TikTok, Pinterest, and more, for creative insights and innovative ideas.

💡 Contribute ideas to enhance product design and features.

Working Hours ⏰:

Full-time position with flexible working hours

A few hours overlap required from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST for coordination

✅ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure smooth coordination with team members, suppliers, and Amazon stakeholders.

✅ Organizational Skills. Being organized is a fundamental requirement to streamline processes effectively.

✅ Supplier Management skills. You should be able to coordinate with suppliers efficiently.

✅ Amazon Experience. A background in Amazon operations and practices is essential for success in this role.
