The CEO of Women’s Money Mastery, Kristen, has a busy and often complicated life! She runs a rapidly growing business, travels a lot and she is very active as she likes to have fun. She is looking for someone who takes pride in knowing things are done right and that they have made their CEO's life better and easier. Things change frequently and Kristen wants someone that can adapt to things coming from all angles and keep things organised. She will often send voice note instructions and the candidate has to be able to keep that organised.

You MUST have experience in a similar role and really WANT to do this for the long term.

In this role, you will:

  • Organise and manage project launches
  • Schedule appointments
  • Manage calendars
  • Handle email communications
  • Make travel bookings
  • Conduct ad hoc research
  • Create process documents and procedure videos
  • Enhance client experiences
  • Manage debt collections
  • Handle subscription creation and bill payments
  • Schedule and manage content
  • Repurpose content effectively
  • Edit podcasts and create audiograms
  • Write show notes for podcasts
  • Pitch for podcast guests and PR opportunities.

Working hours:

This is a full-time position and you need to have a necessary overlap of 3 hours with the Costa Rica time-zone.

Flexibility is required during launches, and occasionally, availability may be needed on weekends. There may be some variation in working hours, such as attending live masterclasses at 1 pm EST.

Onboarding Process:

The 3-month onboarding plan is designed to ensure a smooth integration into the team. In the first week, you'll get familiar with the company’s vision and purpose. Weeks 2 to 5 will focus on training and mastering tasks, while weeks 6 to 9 will cover more advanced responsibilities.

In weeks 10 to 13, you'll continue to build efficiency and confidence. You will have massive support through training videos, interactive sessions, and feedback to help you thrive in this critical role.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Proficiency in Google sheets, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Knowledge of Canva

Brownie point for:

  • Having design skills and an eye for aesthetics
  • It would also be good to have(but not required) knowledge in: Stripe, Xero, Google Docs, Airtable, Gmail, Calendly,Hellosign, Simplecast, Wise, Paypal, Telegram, Podia.
