The team is already 15+ people strong.

Their objective for 2022 is to strengthen their operation to deliver 95% + OTIF every month – and the first step for this is a strong Logistics and Operations Manager, reporting to the Head of Operations.

The Job and Responsibilities

The mission of the Logistics and Operations Manager is to analyse, manage and problem solve inventory and transportations scenarios, and deliver cost cutting projects.

This entire mission is all about making sure everything ticks and that the company can provide the best products to its customers.

Missions of the Logistics and Operations Manager

• To manage relationships with all suppliers (product suppliers, 3PL, transport…)
• To lead cost improvement initiatives
• Manage the customer service department
• Manage forecasts and stock levels
• To participate in all the company projects and give your opinions on strategic discussions

The success of this job will be measured by the quality of your relationships with your suppliers, and running the company operations with 0 issues.

The right candidate

The ideal profile has an existing warehouse / logistics experience. You need to know what inventory is, the rules around it and ideally import from China / India.

Excellent Excel skills, as well as planning skills.

Excellent professional English is mandatory – both written and spoken.

Chinese would be a great asset as well as any other language (but not essential).

Understanding of Shopify is also an asset, but not mandatory.

Excellent eye for details and great problem solving.

Strong work ethics.
