We are continuing to develop our product & that is why we are looking to hire an Executive & Research Assistant to help us with general administrative & research tasks. We are a small team and we are therefore looking for someone who will play a key role in the company and have a massive impact on our success.
As our executive assistant, you will:
- Complete general administrative tasks
- Provide executive summaries
- Optimise the administrative processes & think of areas for improvement
- Conduct market research on various topics
- Manage travel booking
Tools we use to communicate within the team & manage workload:
- ClickUp
- G-Suite
- Discord & WhatsApp
To excel in this role, you should to have:
- Excellent research skills
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar
Our ideal candidate is:
- Independent & able to act without explanations
- An excellent communicator
- Opinionated & able to think critically about the research they conduct
- Able to take ownership of the success
- Keeps up to date with the new developments
- A university graduate who can figure things out easily
What’s in it for you?
- Monthly salary of $1200 to $1500*
