ZenMaid.com software is the first and only software for maid services that helps to manage, run, and grow their clients' businesses. It helps their clients automate communications, calendars & much more in one easy to use app available to them anywhere they have internet.
The company was created in April 2013 by Amar Ghose and Arun Dhevabhaktuni and it has grown into a 7-figure business with 30+ team members all over the world, primarily between the US, Asia and Europe. They are looking to continue to grow their business all while providing a great lifestyle & work-life balance to each of their team members.
The team has a culture of constant improvement and development, both on professional and personal levels. ZenMaid takes its team members future aspirations seriously and tries to align their roles and time invested with where they want to be in the future.
ZenMaid is continually growing and its CEO, Amar Ghose is looking to hire an amazing, skilled & fun Executive Assistant to help him with the admin tasks in his role as the CEO at ZenMaid & his personal brand, as well as his personal life.
This role will focus primarily on the personal support of the CEO. It will deal with a lot of high-level research and strategy, and the collection of information to make high-level decisions within the business. Amar is the primary decision-maker in ZenMaid & the person hired in this role will help make these decisions and consider the different variables prior to making those decisions.
In this role, you will:
Although you are expected to have the experience & skills necessary to excel in this role, you will have initial training on the various tools used within the team either via daily calls or videos. In your first weeks, you will have an opportunity to attend calls with Amar and take notes while potentially setting up Amar’s personal CRM system.
To excel in this position, you need to have:
Brownie points for experience with tools like Zapier, Notion, Typeform, WordPress or similar.
