Hani runs a company with two separate parts; real estate investment & construction analytics. Over the past few years, he’s launched a real estate portfolio, and this year, he’s looking to double or even triple the numbers!
Currently, Hani is the only person running the entire business. His goal is to build a talented remote team that will coherently work together in a positive environment - and that vision begins with hiring the right people :)
Right now, Hani is looking for a Real Estate Executive Assistant to assist him with day-to-day tasks and help out with all aspects of the business. Since you’ll be the first person to join a well-established business, you’ll enjoy a huge potential for personal development & growth!
As the new Executive Assistant, you will:
The working hours need to be fixed during the first three months. As long as you show initiative and the results are there, you’ll have more flexibility after the onboarding process is finished.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to make an impact on turning a small business, gain experience & join a team where they can put down roots and grow their career. You'll eventually learn how to hire and outsource specific skill sets and lead projects on your own, with the opportunity to advance to Operational Manager.
