Executive Assistant - Hani [CLOSED]

Part Time 6.00 - 7.00 USD Type: Hourly

Hani runs a company with two separate parts; real estate investment & construction analytics. Over the past few years, he’s launched a real estate portfolio, and this year, he’s looking to double or even triple the numbers!

Currently, Hani is the only person running the entire business. His goal is to build a talented remote team that will coherently work together in a positive environment - and that vision begins with hiring the right people :)

Right now, Hani is looking for a Real Estate Executive Assistant to assist him with day-to-day tasks and help out with all aspects of the business. Since you’ll be the first person to join a well-established business, you’ll enjoy a huge potential for personal development & growth!

As the new Executive Assistant, you will:

  • Support the CEO with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Report to the CEO & communicate with his team of lawyers, accountants, realtors, insurance & mortgage brokers
  • Manage financials and bookkeeping
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, emails & set up meetings
  • Manage Social Media accounts & generate engagement
  • Audit the existing processes and systems & identify areas of improvement
  • Post & respond to ads on Facebook/Kijiji
  • Create social media content & educational content (Canva)

The working hours need to be fixed during the first three months. As long as you show initiative and the results are there, you’ll have more flexibility after the onboarding process is finished.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to make an impact on turning a small business, gain experience & join a team where they can put down roots and grow their career. You'll eventually learn how to hire and outsource specific skill sets and lead projects on your own, with the opportunity to advance to Operational Manager.

Think you’re up for the challenge?

This is all the experience you need:

  • Managing various administrative tasks that require daily monitoring & follow-up
  • Experience with MS Office, G-Suite, especially Excel & Google Sheets
  • Experience in managing & building social media

Brownie points for:

  • A background in finance or customer service
  • Previous experience in setting up small businesses

The ideal candidate for this role has:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An eye for detail
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Creativity & ability to identify areas of improvement
  • Ability to be proactive, take initiative & figure out stuff on their own!

  • Based on performance, opportunity to advance to full time / of salary increase
  • Once proven ability to perform tasks, opportunity to advance to Full-time Operations Manager
