As an Executive Assistant, your role will extend beyond traditional administrative duties to include light project coordination among team members. This involves ensuring seamless task completion and fostering effective collaboration within the team. You will be a key point of contact for coordinating projects, supporting the CEO in daily administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations.

The key responsibilities include:

🧾 Acting as an extension of the CEO for daily administrative tasks.

📦 Managing email and related responsibilities.

📑 Documentation and note-taking.

📊 Research.

🗓️ Travel planning.

🤝 Overseeing and coordinating project tasks among team members, ensuring timely completion and smooth progress.

Working Hours ⏰: Full time. Availability for 2 - 4 hours during Eastern US time (EST) is a requisite.

To thrive in this role, the successful candidate will possess:
