Executive Assisstant - Cory Froc Real Estate Investments [CLOSED]

Full Time 6.00 - 8.00 USD Type: Hourly

Cory Froc Real Estate Investments has been partnering with investors to develop real estate for over 15+ years. The CEO, Cory Froc, has purchased and developed many properties and made partners an excellent rate of return on their investments. Supporting their dreams of financial freedom!

The company is growing rapidly with plans on further expanding into property development, including new developments, conversions, and flips. Cory, his partner Ginette and his power team have built a company that is a great place to work & a place employees are proud to be a part of. With the growth of the company, they are looking for go-getters who will help improve all aspects of the business.

If you are a talented and organised professional looking to join this fast growing business, you might be a perfect fit for their new Executive Assistant role! Within this position, you would assist the CEO with many of the day-to-day tasks and support further growth, as well as identify areas for improvement.

As the Executive Assistant at Cory Froc Real Estate Investments, you will:

  • Assist the CEO with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar
  • Manage Social Media accounts & engagement
  • Manage bookkeeping
  • Audit the existing processes and systems
  • Identify areas of improvement
  • Report to the CEO & communicate with his team of lawyers, accountants, realtors, insurance & mortgage brokers.

Once you join the team, you will be trained both by the CEO and via online platforms. Ongoing professional and personal growth will also be a part of your role at the company. In your first week at the company, you will familiarise yourself with the business, alongside your training, which includes learning about the workflow and current business operations. You will also identify priority areas for improvement by auditing the processes and systems in place.

To excel as an Executive Assistant within the team, you need to have:

  • Experience managing various admin tasks that require daily monitoring & follow-up
  • Experience with MS Office, G-Suite, especially Excel & Google Sheets
  • Previous experience with managing & building social media
  • Great copywriting & content creation skills for Social Media posts
  • Experience with Facebook business manager for scheduling Facebook & Instagram posts
  • Bookkeeping experience
  • Enthusiasm & a great eye for detail
  • Creativity & ability to identify areas of improvement
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the team and share your thoughts

What’s in it for you?

  • An hourly rate of $6—$8 per hour*
  • Flexible working hours ideally with a few hours of overlap with the EST time zone to discuss tasks and challenges
  • Year end bonus
  • Finders fee of CAD 500—CAD 1000 once the company gets into deal and acquisitions
  • Scope for growth within the company as the CEO's right hand
  • Opportunity to grow to a managerial position and possible management of additional staff
