The baby bean bags are not only adorable - it has been reported that they prevent reflux and flat head symptoms in babies, and even help with breathing disorders and other medical issues. Even better, the product is flexible and can be transformed from a baby lounger to a toddler seat as the child grows. It’s no wonder every new parent has this product on their wish list!
The product was first introduced to Australia & New Zealand in 2012, and has since evolved into a popular brand there. The new owners have now expanded into the US market and are looking for a talented employee to help grow the business in the US & beyond.
Currently, Chibebe is looking for an eCommerce Operations Manager to help bring the entire business forward & grow even further.
As the new eCommerce Operations Manager, you will:
During the first few weeks, you’ll be trained by the CEO & learn more about the company and your responsibilities. After that, you’ll communicate via Slack and have regular check-ins at biweekly meetings.
This is a full-time position, and you need to have at least 3-4 hours overlapping with EST.

The ideal candidate would be able to handle many different tasks - from cold outreach to potential partners to inventory management and video editing.
