As a Customer Success and Onboarding Operations Specialist, the purpose is to act as the pivotal right hand of the company, focusing on the operational side of the business. The role is instrumental in ensuring Floatist maintains its reputation for outstanding customer service and robust support to the team.

Key responsibilities:

🧾 Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, ensuring a swift and professional resolution to any issues.

πŸ“Š Reach out to customers, enhancing satisfaction levels and identifying opportunities for service enhancement.

πŸ“¦ Conduct thorough onboarding sessions at Marina Bases, introducing new Floatist customers to the app's functionalities.

πŸ—“οΈ Take meticulous care in integrating boats into the system, creating Configuration Templates, adding photos, and owning the entire catalogue for newly onboarded yachts.

πŸ“‘ Assisting with event preparations, showcasing a high level of organisational skill.

πŸ’Ό Take ownership of the customer support schedule, arranging 'on duty' periods and ensuring coverage for out-of-office hour requests.

Working Hours ⏰: Full time with flexibility required to accommodate customer operations during weekends and evenings, aligned with the European time zone.
