About the role

United Call Centers is proud to offer diverse projects encompassing both inbound and outbound customer service. Depending on the project you join, you would have the below responsibilities.

1. Inbound Tasks:

  • Customer Complaints: Effectively manage and address customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues raised by customers, ensuring a positive resolution.
  • Information Provision: Provide customers with relevant and accurate information in a timely manner.

2. Outbound Activities:

  • Case Resolution: Proactively engage in resolving cases and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Consumer Surveys: Conduct surveys to gather valuable feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Proactive Communication: Engage in outbound communication to enhance customer relationships and address potential issues before they arise.
  • Lead Generation: Actively participate in lead generation efforts, identifying and qualifying potential leads to support sales initiatives. Utilize effective communication and persuasion skills to promote products or services.

About you

You are the ideal candidate and future colleague if you:

  • Speak English fluently and/or possess proficiency in at least one of the following languages:
    • Czech
    • Slovak
    • Polish
    • German
    • Dutch
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in consumer engagement services or a call center environment.
  • Demonstrate impeccable written and spoken communication skills.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail.
  • Are proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and online applications, showcasing technology acumen.
  • Work effectively both in a team and independently.
