United Call Centers is an international call center company founded in 1999. Our main profile is to provide multilingual contact center services with a strong sales focus, now in more than 40 countries, in 50 supported languages, but virtually in any languages and dialects.

About the role

Job responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound tasks: complaints, orders, troubleshooting, and information provision
  • Conduct outbound activities: resolve cases and conduct consumer surveys
  • Perform back office tasks: reporting, social media content, escalation handling and data entry

About you

You are our top applicant and soon-to-be Colleague if:

  • You speak English on a professional level + any of the following languages:
    • Czech
    • Slovak
    • Polish
    • Croatian
    • Bosnian
    • Serbian
    • Macedonian
    • Bulgarian
    • Romanian
    • Italian
  • You have at least 1 year of experience working in consumer engagement service/call center
  • Your written and spoken communication is flawless
  • You have great analytical and problem-solving skills and great attention to detail
  • You are proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Online applications, technology acumen
  • You can work well in a team as well as by yourself
  • You are looking for a stable, long-term job, with great developmental opportunities
