As the Creative eCommerce Operations Admin at Mintlodica, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's operations and driving its growth in the eCommerce space. You will work closely with the founder and CEO, Susan Lin, who will provide guidance and mentorship as an artist and former Design Director from large tech companies. In this role, you will:

🔄 Conduct weekly check-ins to align with company goals and objectives

📝 Document company operations into Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure scalability

📊 Attend bi-weekly meetings to log and document important information into SOPs

🛍️ Maintain various platforms, including Shopify, Klaviyo, Instagram, Twitter, Discord, etc., as per provided instructions

📷 Proactively request new content and media to support marketing and promotional efforts

🤝 Coordinate with Fulfilment Center and Manufacturing Partners to ensure smooth order processing

📦 Prepare Manufacturing Orders for approval and monitor production progress

⚖️ Check and log any instances of intellectual property infringements

⚖️ Submit DMCA and Trademark takedown requests when necessary

📈 Observe, consolidate, and report data and insights on a week-to-week basis

During the onboarding process, you can expect to spend some time shadowing and familiarizing yourself with the tasks. You will have regular meetings with Susan to discuss progress and provide any necessary guidance. The training will be flexible and adaptable to suit your preferred work style, with access to the company’s existing tools, such as Shopify and Klaviyo.

This is a part-time role with 20 hours per week. The working hours are flexible, allowing you to choose the hours that best suit your schedule. However, it is essential to have some overlap with Susan Lin's availability, which is Monday morning to Friday afternoon in US PT. During the onboarding period, you’ll need to have a significant overlap between 10 AM and 2 PM US PT for shadowing and closer collaboration.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

💪 Proven work or academic experience, including internships or volunteering roles where you were accountable to a supervisor. Previous job experience is preferred, but Mintlodica values your ability to learn and your intuition over years of experience.

🛒 Ability to comfortably work with or quickly learn Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Suite. Proficiency in these tools will enable you to navigate the systems effectively and contribute to eCommerce operations.

🚀 Strong initiative and a proactive mindset to identify tasks that align with the company’s business goals, even without explicit direction. Mintlodica seeks someone who thrives on autonomy and takes ownership of their work.
