PipeLaunch was founded two years ago by CEO Ben Asfaha and CTO Donny Santoso. With a background in Salesforce, Ben aided customers in utilising innovative technologies for a competitive edge. Donny brings over a decade of experience running successful Salesforce practices, assisting clients in adopting Salesforce, and enhancing customer focus. PipeLaunch aims to assist salespersons in enhancing their pipeline coverage and becoming more diligent at prospecting. Prospect nurturing is a critical sales activity for achieving success, yet it's often dreaded and time-consuming. By automating and expediting this process, salespersons can spend more of their valuable time engaging with prospects and closing deals.

As a Business Development Representative, the purpose is to generate new appointments. You'll focus on targeting Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), with the company offering lists and instructions on how to approach them.

Key responsibilities:

🧾 Identify and research potential customers within their target market segments, leveraging available tools and resources to create a robust pipeline of leads.

📦 Utilise various communication channels, including email, phone calls, and social media, to engage with potential buyers and introduce them to the company’s products and solutions.

📑 Assist potential customers throughout the sales process, providing information, answering queries, and addressing any concerns they may have to facilitate their decision-making.

💼 Build and nurture relationships with prospects, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and challenges, and positioning the company’s offerings as solutions that can address their pain points effectively.

📊 Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects, update CRM systems with relevant information, and provide regular reports on progress and outcomes to the sales team.

Working Hours ⏰: Full-time, following the standard UK office hours.

Training: You will receive comprehensive sales training from industry experts, including a one to two-week on-site program in your country.
