As an Appointment Setter, the purpose is to qualify leads, schedule crucial appointments, and potentially contribute to the company’s business expansion.

Key responsibilities:

🧾 Efficiently set appointments for the sales team based on lead qualification.

💼 Qualify leads through effective communication and understanding of customer needs.

📧 Send out proposals to qualified leads, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

🌐 Maintain an organised database of leads, appointments, and proposal interactions.

📞 Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients to generate interest and book appointments.

📈 Monitor and track appointment-setting metrics, providing regular reports to the sales team.

🔍 Use market insights to tailor appointment-setting strategies and improve lead qualification.

📊 Explore opportunities to contribute to the company's business expansion through effective appointment setting.

🤝 Work closely with the sales team to understand their requirements and preferences.

Working Hours ⏰: Full-time, accommodating the Mountain Time zone in the US. As you ramp up, there is a possibility of exploring other time zones within the US.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

✅ Proficiency in sales.

✅ Excellent communication skills, both through emails and over the phone.

✅ Enthusiastic without being overbearing to potential leads and clients.

What’s in it for you?

• 💰 Competitive Salary: Earn a monthly salary of $2,500*, along with an extra $500 bonus for each deal you set or send a proposal for.
• 🏝️ PTO: Paid 1 week of sick leave and 2 weeks paid time off after 6 months.

*Please note that this is a gross salary and that you are responsible for any tax-related procedures in your country of residence. We kindly ask you to apply only if you are happy to work remotely as an independent contractor.
