Virtual Assistant for a Company on a Meaningful Mission [CLOSED]

Hi, I'm Leo Babauta, Founder of Zen Habits.

We are growing our company and on a big mission to change the world, and I'm hiring a Virtual Assistant to help!

I'm looking for someone who is good at executing tasks, at taking initiative, and helping make things happen.

A fast learner who likes learning new skills is a must as well, and if you like helping make people happy, that's a big bonus!

You will be working directly with me, and a couple other members of my team.

It's a part-time position for now, but with the possibility of growth into more.

We're on a mission to change the world: to help people train so that they don't have to run from uncertainty, and can do their meaningful work joyfully.

We're a small team doing big things this year, and could use some help running fast.

The Role

You'll be helping us execute:

• Posting articles & videos to Wordpress
• Community support — answering emails, posting to our communities
• Social media management
• Contacting people for podcast interviews
• Scheduling meetings
• Helping run projects

Each of these will be taught to you on the job.

What we are looking for:

• Someone who is good at staying on top of things and learning quickly
• Someone who can take initiative and help get things done
• Good English skills
• Comfort with social media, Slack, and technology in general
• Attention to detail
• Ability to take on multiple projects and work to deadlines
• Experience with this kind of work
