About the role

• Inventory Management:
  • Effectively manage and optimize inventory levels for multiple brands and SKUs.
  • Utilize tools such as Inventory Planner, Odoo, and other shipment tools to ensure accurate demand forecasting, stock replenishment, and stockouts prevention.
• Amazon Expertise:
  • Leverage extensive experience working with Amazon's seller central to manage and monitor inventory, sales, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Implement best practices for Amazon-specific requirements, including FBA processes and compliance standards.
• Multi-Brand Operations:
  • Oversee and coordinate supply chain activities for our diverse portfolio of seven brands.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet the unique inventory and supply chain needs of each brand.
• Process Optimization:
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve overall supply chain performance.
• Technology Integration:
  • Utilize and maximize the potential of tools such as Inventory Planner, Odoo, and other relevant software to improve visibility, tracking, and reporting within the supply chain.
• Vendor Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure favorable agreements and high-quality product sourcing.
• Data Analysis:
  • Analyze and interpret data related to sales, inventory levels, and market trends.
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize inventory levels and maintain high in-stock rates.
• Communication and Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to align supply chain activities with overall business goals.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless and integrated supply chain.
  • Lead the supply chain team and day to day activities

About you

• At least 3 years as a Supply Chain Manager in an e-commerce setting.
• In-depth knowledge of Amazon seller central and FBA processes.
• Experience managing inventory for multiple brands and SKUs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Experience using Amazon Seller Central for supply chain management.
