Role Details 🕰️

As a Success Manager at FlowCandy, you'll be the direct link between the company and their valued customers. Your primary objective is to create an exceptional experience for the company’s clients by:

• driving top-notch project management,
• effective communication,
• flawless execution of their projects,
• lead and collaborate with a full FlowCandy team to provide the best services they can offer.

Onboarding Process 🚀

Your journey with the company will start with a comprehensive FlowCandy training program that spans approximately 30 days. During the second month, you'll engage in a hybrid work/training and shadowing process to further hone your skills.

FlowCandy will provide you with 1:1 support, online materials, and ample opportunities to interact with your team members and familiarize yourself with the company’s systems and processes.

Interactions and Reporting 👥

As a Success Manager, you'll collaborate closely with FlowdCandy’s customers on the client-facing side. Additionally, you'll interact directly with your "Squad," which comprises:

• Strategy Managers,
• Project Managers,
• Copywriters,
• Designers,
• Developers,
• and Deliverability experts.

The role reports directly to one of the Cofounders.

Your initial weeks will involve comprehensive training through online resources and personalized 1:1 support. You'll have the opportunity to meet and shadow the team, gaining a deep understanding of the company’s systems and processes.

Beyond the main responsibilities, the ideal candidate will be a proactive and strategic thinker—someone who plays chess rather than checkers.

They will effectively communicate with the founders, performing established managerial tasks such as 1:1s and growth cards, driving the team's success on every level.

Preferred (But Not Essential) 🌟

While not mandatory, having a background or understanding of design, copywriting, and direct response copy will undoubtedly elevate your performance in the role.

Additionally, any experience in sales or account management and technical implementation understanding would be highly beneficial.

Technical Skills/Tools/Software 🛠️

Experience with Klaviyo is a significant advantage, as it is the company’s primary tool. However, if you have experience with other ESPs such as Active Campaign, Braze, Hubspot, Mailchimp, etc, FlowCandy is open to working with you and helping you adapt your skills to their platform.

What’s in it for you?

• Salary Range: $3,000–$5,000 USD per month*.
• Type: Full-Time
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
• Flexibility: Working hours can be started earlier, but cross-over until at least 2-3 PM EST is required. Client calls and meetings typically fall between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM EST.
