Right now, we’re looking for an exceptional Sourcing Specialist to play a crucial part in wow-ing our clients by sourcing great candidates and helping more business owners grow their teams and their businesses. As our company is growing quickly, you will have a chance to learn a lot and grow with us!

Key responsibilities:

🧾 Source high-quality technical and non-technical candidates for various roles efficiently and within deadlines.

📦 Produce high touch and engaging sourcing strategies to proactively find the best candidates for our clients.

📑 Transform our sourcing efforts from reactive to proactive by developing a continuous pipeline of candidates for roles we continuously hire.

💼 Identify and assessment of external candidate pools for client vacancies.

📊 Identify the best place to advertise roles.

🗓️ Produce tailored sourcing strategies.

🧾 Become obsessed with finding new and innovative ways to attract candidates — we love trying new things and being at the forefront of the recruiting world.

Working Hours ⏰: Full time, you’ll be expected to work Monday – Friday for 8 hours in the span of 8 AM — 8 PM CET (preferably 9 AM to 5 PM CET).

To excel in this role, you need to have:

✅ Extensive experience in sourcing candidates, ideally internationally.

✅ Either in-house, RPO or recruitment agency exposure.

✅ Experience with producing detailed sourcing strategies that deliver results.

✅ Demonstrable experience of introducing new methods of sourcing (we’re not bothered if they worked or not — just that you were up for trialling new things).

✅ Experience with any ATS and candidate database.

✅ Monday.com.
✅ Slack.
✅ Google Drive.
✅ ATS — currently Workable.

Our hiring process for this role

We’re looking for someone amazing. We’re going to invest a lot of time into this process, and we’ll expect you to want to do the same.

We normally hire our team members as independent contractors, so the salary is a gross salary, and you would be responsible for your own tax affairs. If you are in the UK then we would employ you ‘normally’ with salary paid via PAYE.
