About the role

We are looking for a highly creative and social media-savvy individual to join our team as a Social Media Outreach Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing social media outreach strategies to support product launches, promote our brand, engage with our target audience, and increase our online presence. The Social Media Outreach Representative will report directly to the Social Media Manager.
 

• Identifying and vetting potential influencers for brand partnerships and collaborations
• Building and maintaining relationships with influencers and content creators
• Coordinating and managing influencer collaborations and partnerships, including contract negotiations, content creation, and campaign performance tracking
• Reporting on influencer marketing campaign performance
• Responding promptly and professionally to  inquiries via DM and email
• Investigating and resolving client issues in a timely manner
• Escalating unresolved client issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
• Maintaining accurate and complete records in our CRM system
• Identifying and communicating opportunities to improve the client experience

  Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role
• Experience with Social Media or Influencer marketing a plus (but not required)

What's in it for you?

• Salary range is $600 - $800 based on experience.
• Working hours are flexible but there must be at least 2 hours of overlap with Supervisor's shift of 9am-3pm EST (US).
• Schedule is Monday - Friday, weekends and major holidays off.
• Quarterly Bonuses based on performance
