Tonomo provides software to help real estate photographers streamline and scale their businesses. Customers work with the Tonomo team because they have a great reputation in the industry as authorities in growing real estate photography businesses, and they have the best-designed software.

Since last November, Tonomo was accepted into TinySeed, and have more than doubled their customer and revenue; they also won over industry leaders as customers. A double to triple growth is also expected for this year; it is not, therefore, surprising that, in the next two years, their software is expected to become the standard one used by real estate marketing companies in the US & Canada.

Their diverse and international team is based in the US, Latin America and Eastern Europe, and the company encourages a polite and relaxed work atmosphere with no bureaucracy. They enjoy flexible working hours and put trust in their developers to manage their own projects.

The growth of the customer base has created a need for the team to continue building their software and to successfully do that, the Tonomo team are looking for their next Senior/Lead Full-Stack Software Developer (Angular & Node). Within this role, you will build exciting new product features and help scale their already existing product.

More specifically, within this role, you will:

• Build new features to the existing product, such as scoping out the new CRM or invoicing features, helping them make improvements to their serverless architecture
• Lead product development of new features
• Identify areas of infrastructure improvements and make recommendations on how the improvements can be achieved
• Work closely with Tonomo’s current senior developers and report to the founder

In your first week at Tonomo, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the product and understand the current designs. You will also start working on building the new features to the current product. You can expect to be assigned large projects, which will give you the freedom and autonomy to manage your own tasks on a day-to-day basis.

To excel as their next Senior Developer, you need to have:

• Experience with Angular, React and/or Node
• Willingness to work on both the front-end and the back-end
• Proven track record of success in technical leadership in previous roles
• Ability to work independently and manage your own tasks on a daily basis
• Experience working in a startup environment & a pragmatic, can-do attitude

Brownie points for experience with any of the following: Ngrx, Monorepo pattern, Nestjs, Firebase, and/or Google Cloud functions.
