About the role

We are seeking a talented Digital Designer (App Store Specialist) with a passion for visual design to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess great design skills in tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. They should be highly organized, adept at managing multiple projects, and possess a keen eye for detail. This role requires creativity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Here are your responsibilities:

• Creating visually appealing campaigns for the App Store including app icons, screenshots, and videos
• Designing engaging social media banners and other marketing materials
• Developing compelling video content for ASO and marketing purposes, demonstrating creativity and innovation.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute AB tests and localization efforts effectively.
• Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in ASO and mobile game design.

About you

• A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in digital design, preferably in marketing, advertising, or print media.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
• Creative mindset with a passion for visual and video design.
• Familiarity with ASO principles and mobile game design is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to feedback.
