Leadific provides Digital Marketing Agency owners with a platform to capture leads & close deals. The platform also offers SMS and email automation, review management, and calendar booking. The customers can white label the solution to resell to their customers in their niche as their own branded software - taking advantage of the same features.

There are six members in the team, and the company aims to create a culture where the customer comes first. Everyone needs to have a mindset of making the tool as effective as possible and being there to offer support to customers. At the same time, they want to have fun working together in the process.

Right now, Leadific is looking for a Senior Software Developer with leadership abilities that can lead the team and projects.

As the new member of the team, you will:

• Learn Dittofi (low code platform)
• Understand the scope and every aspect of development of the projects
• Lead the developers & delegate tasks
• Communicate with the leadership team on progress, issues & requirements
• Build the internal customer-facing tools to gain more customer analytics

You won’t have any training as you will be expected to hit the ground running, but support will be provided to learn Dittofi when required. During the first few weeks on the job, you’ll meet the team, review project documentation, and get familiar with the scope of development work underway.

To be a successful candidate, you need:

• 6+ years of experience in React and Node.js
• 3+ years of experience as a team lead of developers
• Experience in Database Architecture
• Experience building large long-term projects from scratch to completion
• Bonus points for experience in Go (language), SQL & NoSQL

This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday. There can be some flexibility, but your hours ideally need to overlap with 4 PM to 8 PM CET.

This is a small and friendly start-up, and they’re looking for someone easy-going, but assertive as well. They’re building as they go, so you need to be able to adapt to big changes and piece things together quickly.
