EAK Distribution is an e-commerce business focused on developing & selling its amazing products in the categories of Gardening, Home & Office, Toys, and Groceries. For many brands, keeping up with the changes in the e-commerce world has been a challenge, and EAK Distribution helps them easily handle day-to-day tasks & focus on improving their business.

Their team carefully checks and assesses what is working and how things can be changed for the best, and their mission is to become one of the world's leading producers and providers of physical product goods!

The team currently has 17 members. They value ambition and new challenges, but what’s also important for them is a friendly and fun working environment that allows them to enjoy the process!

Right now, the EAK Distribution team is looking for its next Senior Project Manager who will ensure that the projects are executed in a timely and efficient manner and manage the staff working on the projects.

More specifically, in this role, you will:

• Keep the team members accountable and ensure the team completes the tasks by the due date
• Organise and create visibility in the project management tool
• Lead operations between the different departments of the company
• Optimise the workflow by discussing possible approaches with the team members
• Interact with the whole team and report to the CEO & all team leads

As you join the company, you will have an opportunity to learn more about the team and internal processes. Your primary task will be to identify the bottlenecks and ensure efficient and productive solutions are implemented as soon as possible.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

• Previous project management experience
• Previous eCommerce experience
• Experience with Excel & Google Sheets
• Experience with project management tools, ideally, ClickUp
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Great people skills and leadership capabilities; the ability to efficiently manage the team by ensuring all deadlines are met
• Ability to understand the quality of employee output
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to figure out ways to optimise processes
• Ability to take ownership of your role and the eagerness to deliver great results
• Ability to ensure that the projects have clarity i.e. that the whole process is transparent

Brownie points for a background in finance/experience with financials.

What’s in it for you?

• $3000 - $4000* per month
• Fully remote & full-time role
• Semi-flexible working hours – mandatory overlap with the team between 8 AM and 12 PM EST Monday to Friday; you can distribute other hours as you wish
