About the role

We are looking for an experienced individual to assist our Head of Marketing in running the Maid Summit, an online event that we organize every year. As the ideal candidate, you will have experience in marketing and developing summits or video course websites. We need someone who can take ownership of the tech side and set up the backend processes.

Here are the tasks that you would need to perform:

• Set up the summit content on our website or sub-domain, negating the need for HeySummit or any other virtual event platform. (Ideally, everything should be hosted on our site)
• Set up a seamless system integrated with ThriveCart and ThriveLearn for customers to access to a week of “live presentations”, a week of replays, and paid access to replays.
• Set up sales pages, speaker information and affiliate pages, summit schedules, presentation pages, and other associated pages as required.
• Ensure that all pages are integrated with email marketing and other relevant platforms.

About you

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in setting up summits, video courses, and other digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong technical skills, including the ability to set up backend processes and integrate various platforms.
• Experience with ThriveCart and ThriveLearn.
• Experience with Bento or a similar email and SMS marketing automation tool.
• Familiarity with Vimeo, WordPress, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Details:

This position at ZenMaid is an approximately three-month contract role that can be done remotely in the Australian time zone. The successful candidate will assist in organizing and running the annual Maid Summit and should possess strong technical and communication skills to collaborate with team members and external partners. This is a dynamic role that requires a self-motivated and proactive individual with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
