Hi,
I run a lead generation and marketing company ( www.legendaryleadgen.com ) and we are currently looking for a full time administrative assistant.
Your tasks would include cleaning up and organizing spreadsheet data, moving data and contacts from one sheet to another, setting up new email accounts, helping our project manager with additional tasks he needs assistance with and generally ensuring our workflows remain smooth.
We have a system and processes already completely built out, so it should be very simple for you to jump right in and get to know our system. And you'll have constant access to our project manager for any help you need.
You should be familiar with working with spreadsheets, particularly Google Sheets. All skills for the job can be learned quickly though, and we are looking for the right person with the right attitude to train for this position. This will be a long term, full time position.
About you:
- Should be located in Europe, where the rest of our team is (Applicants in North/South America or Asia won't be considered)
- Have a good level of spoken/written English - you don't need to be fluent but you should be able to communicate effectively
- High level of organization and attention to detail
