Toniiq is seeking an Inbound Quality & Operations Assistant who will maintain their quality program, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to the company's growth by providing the safe and efficient production of products.

As a Quality & Operations Assistant, you will:

đź“‚ Handle incoming paperwork via email and input it into their web-based QMS system.

đź“Š Transfer critical information from paperwork to spreadsheets.

đź“ž Communicate with customers to coordinate sample shipments, address testing results, and manage daily inquiries.

🤝 Collaboration and Onboarding:

You will work closely with operational managers, R&D teams, and the marketing department in this role. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will receive a 2-week comprehensive onboarding process.

During this period, you will be introduced to internal and external stakeholders, focusing on document organization, processing QA requests, and building customer relationships.

⏰ Working Hours

This is a full-time position with working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. US Eastern Standard Time with an overlap from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. EST, Monday to Friday.

  • Attention to Detail: You catch even the tiniest mistakes.
  • Patience: You take things step by step, staying calm to ensure top-notch work.
  • Learning Willingness: You're excited to take on new challenges and eager to learn from feedback.

Technical tools you need to have:

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel and Gmail.
