We offer the possibility of part-time work with the potential for full-time engagement after training. While specific working hours are not a requirement due to the flexible nature of the job, we will occasionally require you to jump on a call anytime from 9:30 to 17:30 BST.

About the role

What you'll do:

• Use the information provided by brokers and realtors to underwrite multi-family real estate deals
• Provide ongoing support with reporting
• Draft a risk assessment for each deal and property evaluated and provide recommendations
• Research rental prices for competitor properties by calling properties
• Develop familiarity with local bank compliance regulatory and lending policies and procedures.

About you

Who you are:

• You have a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics (or other appropriate to the job field)
• You have an interest in working with real estate investments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• You have strong analytical and technical skills

Non-compulsory but highly appreciated

• You have 1-3 years of experience within the industry (real estate, finance, credit)
• You have knowledge of rating agency underwriting standards
• You have knowledge of the loan closing process
• You have credit/risk analysis skills, quantitative/numerical skills, and knowledge of industry documentation
• You have knowledge of general concepts relating to analyzing property operating statements
