As a Project Manager, your main role is to manage people and projects, creating efficient systems in the middle of complexity. Your focus will be on organising and overseeing the daily operations of online education courses, acting as a crucial support to the CEO.

Key responsibilities:

🚀 Help the CEO foresee and overcome challenges during each stage of business growth.

🆘 Lead crisis management, addressing emergencies and business threats.

🤝 Assist the CEO in making key decisions that shape the company's strategic direction.

🧠 Challenge and provide well-thought-out solutions, considering risks and nuances.

📊 Develop and implement operational strategies.

🔄 Lead projects from start to finish, managing people and adjusting strategies.

📈 Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue growth, leadership, risk assessment, and team performance.

👥 Oversee every department and project, ensuring they align with company objectives.

🌐 Develop talent acquisition channels and hire high-quality personnel.

⚖️ Contribute to strategic planning by identifying, assessing, and managing risks.

💼 Work towards increasing revenue and profitability through effective growth strategies.

🏢 Develop departments and operating procedures from the ground up.

📑 Create standard operating procedures (SOPs), KPIs, and ensure a smooth workflow between teams.

Your day-to-day work involves critical thinking, effective management, and continuous improvement of processes. Working Hours ⏰: Full-time.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

✅ Over 5 years of relevant experience.

✅ Excellent English (spoken and written).
