Linkifi boasts a team of eleven talented individuals, with Nick and Chris serving as the founders. Nick, located in Portugal, handles systems management, growth strategy, and client management. Chris, based in the UK, oversees pitch operations and influencer marketing. The team includes a pitch editor, a pitch manager, and seven pitch writers, most of them located in Eastern Europe. Together, they work cohesively to provide exceptional services, leveraging their expertise to support clients' needs.

As a Project Manager at Linkifi, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day project and client management tasks. Your responsibilities will revolve around ensuring the smooth progress of client campaigns and company projects. By taking charge of these crucial operations, you will enable the founders, Chris and Nick, to offload day-to-day tasks and focus more on driving growth and strategic initiatives.

📋 Responsibilities:

  • Manage client campaigns, including onboarding new clients, tracking progress, and making necessary adjustments to strategies.
  • Oversee project management for Linkifi projects, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes.
  • Support pitch operations when needed, contributing to the pitching process and maintaining effective communication with clients.
  • Helping with the onboarding process of new employees.
  • Building and structuring SOP’s.

  • Managing the sales pipeline.

  • Finding and negotiating with credential writers/clients.

  • Helping with the hiring process: setting up job descriptions & lists jobs, managing the initial steps of the hiring process(depending on experience).

🌱 Onboarding Process:

You will undergo comprehensive training in both pitch operation and campaign management tasks. The training will provide you with a deep understanding of the entire operation and its nuances. The onboarding process will take around one to two weeks, allowing you to swiftly transition into your role and contribute to the team's success.

This is a full-time role with flexible working hours. The Linkifi team typically works until 3 pm BST (5 pm local time in Eastern Europe). They recommend a general working schedule of 8 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 6 PM, although flexibility is available to accommodate varying workloads and individual preferences. To excel in this role, you need:

🔹 Proficiency in Project Management Tools: Familiarity with project management tools is crucial for streamlined operations. Experience working with tools like Airtable, Notion, or similar platforms will enable you to hit the ground running.

🔹 Experience in Operations: The ideal candidate should have a background in operations, bringing a proven track record of effectively coordinating and optimising various operational processes to ensure the successful execution of projects.

🌟 Experience with Link Building or Content Marketing Agency: Previous experience working in a link-building or content marketing agency will give you a solid understanding of the industry and its dynamics.

🌟 Experience in a Small Growth Company: Having hands-on experience in a small growth company demonstrates your ability to navigate fast-paced environments and contribute to scaling initiatives. Whether it's through implementing successful marketing strategies or driving revenue growth, highlighting your impact will be highly regarded.

🌟 Experience with WordPress: Knowledge of WordPress will enhance your ability to handle content publishing projects and contribute to our overall operations.
