MCE is seeking a dedicated and proactive Project Manager to join its vibrant team. This role is fundamental to the operations, providing the backbone for the client projects from inception to completion. As a Project Manager at MCE, you'll get the chance to make a significant impact in the healthcare industry by facilitating effective communication of vital scientific information.
The three key responsibilities you will hold in this role are:

More specifically, in this role, you will:
🎯 Administer projects using Kantata, taking charge of every detail from planning & scheduling to risk management and debriefing for an even better experience during the next initiative.
🚀 Run projects independently, managing each stage from start to finish
🚧 Proactively identify potential risks and innovatively devise solutions to keep projects on track
📝 Regularly report project progress to Account Managers and the Head of Operations
🤝 Liaise with all levels of the company, playing a key role in client meetings and internal communication
Upon joining, you will undergo a comprehensive 90-day onboarding plan which includes extensive training from the team members, access to the training repository, and ad-hoc training sessions. Initially, you'll familiarise yourself with Kantata, understand deliverables, and by week 2, you will start participating in project work, gradually moving from shadowing to independently managing your own projects.

📚 Approximately 3 years of agency experience or project management in a business setting. Having prior experience is critical for you to be up to speed within 90 days.
🛠️ Experience with Kantata or another project management tool, ideally a PSA.

- Experience working in a med-comms agency
