Personal Assistant/Second In Charge For exciting ecommerce Brands. An Ex-Ecommerce store owner is preferred [CLOSED]

Hi!

I am looking for a right hand man/woman to help me run my ecommerce stores.

You would be working on the stores: www.glimmr.com and www.trysilken.com

We sell mostly in Australia because of coronavirus, it's early days for the stores but i think they will progress into something big and i'd love to bring you along for the ride.

The first tasks you would work on are: Working with my designer to create an email campaign for Glimmr, we will need to blast email every customer with a "20% OFF flash sale"
The email will need a countdown timer and there must be 3 emails sent. One saying we have a sale on tomorrow, one announcing the sale and one saying only 12 hours left until the sale runs out
We need to make sure Just Uno works on my stores and links to Klaviyo (you can speak to support if you need to)
Then there will be a bunch of ad research and i'll show you how i work on creative briefs & templates.

You must:

- Looking at sales
- Looking at google ads
- reporting back to me about email flows on klaviyo
- Follow up on tasks
- Be willing to learn tasks fast
- Research competitors and ads
- Organise the team
- Research products

I am happy to train you up and invest in courses for you.

There will be big bonus incentives in this role and the rate can be negotiable.
