Their targeted GEOs include the US, CA, UK, and DE.

They excel in designing, optimising, and scaling ad campaigns, covering various elements such as ads, landing pages, websites, and more. Proficiently navigating major traffic sources like Google Ads, TikTok, Facebook, and native traffic, they orchestrate a strategic interplay to achieve a high success rate in digital marketing. Understanding the dynamics of Internet advertising, they implement well-thought-out traffic models for optimal results.

Based in ShenZhen, China, their founder, Meng, brings over six years of expertise in the affiliate marketing industry. As an Operations Manager, your role is pivotal as the trusted right hand to the CEO, contributing significantly to the smooth functioning and success of the company’s operations.

Key responsibilities:

🧾 Develop, implement, and regularly review operational procedures to enhance efficiency.

📦 Familiarise yourself with the company’s digital marketing approach and become its ambassador.

📑 Ensure all systems operate seamlessly, adhering to their stringent quality standards.

💼 Motivate and inspire individuals within the team, fostering improved performance and success.

📊 Formulate strategic and operational objectives in alignment with the company’s overarching goals.

🗓️ Manage the launch and optimisation of offers by coordinating with writers and media buyers.

Working Hours ⏰: Full time, 7 am - 4 pm CET.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

✅ Demonstrated work experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.

✅ A minimum of 2 years of management experience, encompassing both people and processes.
