Since 2009, Steven has undertaken a life-changing mission, fuelled by his personal struggles with digestion and chronic illness. He’s been an author, digital course creator, and functional medicine consultant at various times since then. Four years ago, the company pivoted to creating unique and world class supplements to address Steven’s frustration with the lack of innovation and new products to help people like him.

Healthy Gut’s stated mission is to give professional grade products and support (free health coaching) to the world.

As an Operations Manager, you will assist the company in planning, organising, and systemizing their marketing, customer service, and manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and report on all outstanding projects, coordinating and managing the various internal resources and external contractors to ensure timely completion and successful outcomes in marketing, customer care, and product areas.
  • Manage the Content Calendar, coordinating and managing the various internal resources and external contractors to ensure timely completion and successful outcomes across multiple content channels e.g. email, social media, healthcare practitioner training, website, podcast guest appearance, and partner campaigns.
  • Develop, plan, and manage all aspects of product manufacturing, logistics, and inventory while ensuring adherence to FDA and FTC compliance.
  • Assist with the hiring process and manage the initial steps of the hiring process for each hiring manager.
  • Manage the onboarding process of new contractors and employees.
  • Manage the structure, organisation, and updates of the internal training and SOP platform (Trainual).
  • Manage the structure, organisation and updates of all company-shared files.
  • Analyse data and KPI reporting for insights and improvements.

📑 Implement Project Management Tools: Introduce tools and systems to make operations more efficient, supporting the company's growth.

💼 📊 Working Hours ⏰: Full-time with a preference for overlapping hours between 9 am MNT - 5 pm MNT. However, even 3-4 hours of overlap is considered beneficial.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

✅ Demonstrated experience in marketing and operations, preferably within the health supplement industry or a related sector.

✅ Strong skills in project management, with a proven history of establishing and overseeing systems for business scalability.

✅ Experience in building and leading sales teams, focusing on both B2B and B2C sectors.

✅ Excellent understanding of digital marketing strategies, encompassing SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.

✅ A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

✅ Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

✅ The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adjust to evolving demands.
