As an Operations Manager, the main focus is to oversee the operational aspects, ensuring they align with the best interests of the company and clients. Having a well-organized leader with a commitment to high-quality delivery, keen attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage both the team and processes would significantly elevate the company's performance.

Key responsibilities:

๐Ÿงพ Ensuring team members are responsible for their tasks.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Continuously improving and organizing operational processes.

๐Ÿ“‘ Keeping the team on track regarding the quality of work, budget adherence, and alignment with the company's vision.

๐Ÿ’ผ Regular meetings with the CEO and the management team to discuss strategies and progress.

๐Ÿ“Š Working towards achieving quarterly, monthly, and weekly goals.

Working Hours โฐ: Full-time with working hours of 9-5 CST. However, there's flexibility, and working until 2 CST is also an option.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

โœ… Management Experience.

โœ… Familiarity with SEO, web development, and internet marketing, potentially gained through experience in a digital marketing agency or related field

โœ… Proficiency in creating Mindmaps and Process Maps.
