Sell More Mattresses Marketing is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their team. The new hire will have a hands-on approach to day-to-day management, working closely with various teams within the company.

Responsibilities include:

๐Ÿ’ผ Managing day-to-day operations, including communication with the Client Success and Media Buying teams.

๐Ÿ’ผ Leading and facilitating regular team meetings and managing communication via Slack.

๐Ÿ’ผ Overseeing the Lead Generation Media Buying team to ensure they meet targets and deliver exceptional results.

๐Ÿ’ผ Interfacing with the Client Success team to address client inquiries, creating SOPs, FAQ sheets, and managing client traffic.

๐Ÿ’ผ Analyzing client campaign reports and making strategic recommendations, delegating tasks to media buyers for campaign changes.

๐Ÿ’ผ Assigning and managing tasks for new client onboarding using Asana.

๐Ÿ’ผ Ensuring quality assurance of campaign and CRM builds.

๐Ÿ’ผ Assisting the Client Success Team with ad account appeals and reviews.

๐Ÿ’ผ Reviewing client health in Monday.com with the Client Success Team and providing strategic recommendations.

๐Ÿ’ผ Reporting to the Leadership Team weekly on client status and account health.

๐Ÿ’ผ Producing End of Week (EOW) reports.

During the first few weeks in the role, you will attend team meetings, study SOPs, services, and onboarding processes, and engage in one-on-one sessions with the Client Success and Fulfillment teams. These interactions will build rapport, provide insights into daily processes, and foster a seamless integration within the team.

The Operations Manager will work from 7 AM to 3 PM EST, ensuring at least four hours of overlap with the US Eastern Timezone. This will allow for effective collaboration with the team and clients.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

๐ŸŽฏ 2-5 years of experience in similar operational or managerial roles.

๐ŸŽฏ Proven experience in customer support/success and project management.

๐ŸŽฏ Proficiency in Asana, Slack, and Monday.com.

๐ŸŽฏ Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

๐ŸŽฏ The ability to make educated decisions based on data and client requests.

๐ŸŽฏ Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.

๐ŸŽฏ Incredibly strong English speaking and writing skills.

๐ŸŽฏ Knowledge of Facebook Ads and GoHighLevel is preferred.

Brownie points for experience working for a digital marketing agency.

In addition to mandatory skills and experience, strong communication skills and the ability to take ownership of the responsibilities associated with the role are crucial traits. You should have the ability to both receive and give feedback graciously from the leadership team, as well as the Client Success and Media Buying teams.
