We are seeking a smart Operations Manager with a background in digital marketing or agency operations. The ideal candidate must have experience managing people and leading by example. The individual should be well-versed in digital marketing and capable of building and executing clear systems and processes.

You won’t be doing robotic, mindless tasks. You’ll need to be creative, bright, flexible, proactive, and strategic. Being able to learn fast and grow even faster will be an enormous plus, and no two days will be the same. 

What you’ll do or be responsible for:

• High-level resource planning and making strategic resource management decisions
• Developing, implementing, and reviewing operational procedures
• Learning our approach to digital marketing, and then performing as the ambassador for that approach
• Ensuring all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards
• Maximising the efficiency of all business procedures
• Motivating and inspiring individuals to improve their performance and success

About you

Can you find yourself here?

• Previous experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role
• Good knowledge of operations management
• You have 3+ years of management experience (people and processes)
• Exceptional communication skills
• Analytical skills that help turn data into the right decisions
• Experience in a digital marketing company is a huge plus
• Detail oriented

You will be required to undertake a trial period before being promoted into a full-time Operations Manager. You will be trained by our Head of Operations for the first three months and will work closely with them on a daily basis.

Monthly salary: $2,000 USD - $3,000 USD depending on experience
