Hello, Matt here - I'm the founder of Jazzfuel, a website which provides support and resources for professional musicians and avid jazz fans. We started as a blog 5 years ago and are now helping hundreds of musicians around the world grow their careers.
We're looking for an experienced virtual assistant to join our team on an (initially) part-time basis working to support a range of projects which include online courses and communities, publicity services and social media/marketing.
The nuts and bolts of the job are learnable, so our priority is to find someone who is organised, motivated, hard-working and looking to improve their skills to help us:
We're looking for someone who is able to commit 2.5 days (20 hours) per week and available to work mainly during European office hours. Our ideal candidate would be able to work mostly on the same days each week, although the specific days are flexible.
Whilst there are a lot of entry-level tasks right away (researching contact details, building out spreadsheets, etc) we would be happy to find someone who can grow into a more senior/independent role over time.
