Smart eStrategy helps Outdoor Companies grow their online sales through paid Social and Search marketing efforts. Aside from helping more than 200 clients grow their customer list, they also manage their own in-house Outdoors brand - generating 7+ figures in annual sales.

Right now, the company is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who would manage the strategy and execution of the team to deliver the projects for the customers on time and with high-quality results.

As the new member of the team, you would:

  • Project manage the internal marketing team
  • Systematize and optimize the internal processes
  • Build a pipeline of new team member recruits
  • Collaborate with other departments to make sure the overall business is functioning
  • Communicate with the Account Manager and the entire Delivery Team
  • Use Slack, ClickUp and Loom for project management & communication

This is a remote position that offers a lot of flexibility, and there are team members in different time zones. There are overlap hours so that everyone can attend company meetings, but outside of that, the team is free to work on their schedule.

Training will be provided during the first few months. You’ll observe how the company operates and learn more about its internal systems. You’ll be able to Identify bottlenecks and strategize on better efficiency and what additional team members we may need.

Smart eStrategy is looking for someone who can lead, motivate & support an entire team with time-sensitive deadlines and projects. The ideal candidate is someone who can get along with all types of personalities and manage them effectively. You need to be proactive, take initiative without being asked, and constantly grow & improve yourself - while being eager to improve the company as well!

To be a successful candidate, you need:

  • DTC (“Direct to Consumer") eCommerce experience - either working directly inside of an eCommerce brand or working for an agency servicing eCommerce brands
  • Experience managing a team for Facebook Ads and Google Ads and hands-on experience running ads yourself

Brownie points for:

  • Experience in Email Marketing and Conversion Rate Optimization
  • Experience in using Shopify and Klaviyo
  • Knowledge of 6 Sigma
  • Understanding of EOS Integrator (Entrepreneurial Operating System)
  • A background or certification in project management
  • Knowledge of 3rd Party Attribution tools like Triple Whale or Hyros
