We are a US-Based Ecommerce company that runs ads on Facebook. We are looking for a english-speaking, hard working, self-starting customer support assistant who can assist us in managing our social media accounts and messages. To set clear expectations, our customer support assistant will be working inside numerous Facebook accounts and profiles, jumping around on each fanpage and profile to communicate with customers and alleviate any concerns or issues. You will also be tasked with adding content to our fanpages and ads, ensuring that our visitors on Facebook have a good experience. Finally, it is crucial that you understand that our member must be a team player and be able to learn new things quickly and change. There will be new tasks that may need attention throughout the day in which you'll be asked to assist. Lazy must not be part of your DNA.
In order to qualify, you must have the following:
- 2 Years experience working in social media
- A strong command of the English language in order to assist USA FB users.
- A fast and stable internet connection
- Have at least 2 years working experience
- Patience, commitment to working a repetitive task to help customers\buyers.
This is a long term opportunity for a reliable, hard worker. We have been in business since 2013 and will always need a strong support member on our team.
