Database research from Linkedin, websites and online databases like angellist, crunchbase etc. and then turn that data into actionable email addresses and outbound cold email campaigns and also valid telephone numbers.
Conversational English skills required, and positive, can do an upbeat attitude. Direct, honest feedback about challenges, struggles and weaknesses (so I can help). You'll be Working with me the founder and CEO of the business with 15 years of experience in digital marketing and sales. We'll have weekly calls through slack, zoom and bluejeans to keep on track with targets and also discuss and chat through any challenges you're having and give you the help and support you need. There will also be some self-learning online training to follow, but you will need to test and implement these ideas to create our own company processes. You will need to demonstrate that you can write well for both marketing material and communication between leads and clients.
The company is a Facebook ads agency with a specialism in video ad creative.
You will have some experience of marketing B2B service businesses online, and although as a founder I will be available for weekly check-ins, the emphasis will be on self-learning, using google to find out the answer to a problem.
Software experience needed:
Experience using Gmail, google docs, sheets, forms.
Lead flow uses this software, so you will need some experience or to learn it in the first week.
1) Parabola (you can learn this but signing up for an account and trying out for yourself and understanding the basics is a must before being considered for an interview).
2) Phantombuster (you can learn this but signing up for a free account and trying out for yourself and understanding the basics is a must before being considered for an interview).
3) Hunter.io and other email scraping tools. Manual searching for email leads where software doesn't return the correct results is also required.
4) Other email checking tools to ensure 90%+ accuracy rate (the email accuracy is checked through email verification tools, so although volume is required, quality is essential)
Tasks: Direct lead generation through email marketing
Warm-up email accounts using set process each week.
Research and generate new data using Sales Navigator and Parabola.
Email old leads that have gone quiet and arrange sales calls on BST time zone.
Set up cold email campaigns.
Check email accuracy with tools.
