We are looking for a Head of Recruitment specifically with these requirements:

We've been helping people from Eastern Europe get great remote jobs since 2015, and we've recently added South Africa to the mix too.
We hire for all kinds of roles from software developers to marketing specialists, and operations managers to executive assistants, and many more.
We are looking for a driven Head of Recruitment who is comfortable taking ownership of all aspects of our client recruitment - leading, developing and expanding our recruitment team to build a scalable capability that wows our clients and candidates.
Your big goal will be to drive us from our current level of 20 positions per month to 100+ positions filled each month.
No sales required! Our recruiters focus on doing what they do best - recruiting. They don’t need to find new clients or do sales calls. You won’t either.

The role of Head of Recruitment at JobRack
You will own and lead all aspects of recruitment for JobRack clients and candidates.
You'll lead, develop, and grow our recruitment systems and team to ensure we continue to focus on high quality results for our clients, while also significantly increasing the number of roles we fill each month (from 20 to 100+ per month).
You'll need to be able to demonstrate that you have relevant experience scaling a recruitment function to a similar level.

Our hiring process for this role
We’re looking for someone amazing. We’re going to invest a lot of time into this process, and we’ll expect you to want to do the same.
These are the stages you can expect in this hiring process (we may adjust as needed as we go through):
1 - Invitation to apply
2 - Application form
3 - Initial screening call with Sandra
4 - Short test project (to be discussed at the interview)
5 - Interview with Noel
6 - Second / final interview and face to face meeting somewhere in Europe
We normally hire our team members as independent contractors, so the salary is a gross salary and you would be responsible for your own tax affairs. If you are in the UK then we would employ you ‘normally’ with salary paid via PAYE.
