Experienced Ads Manager - Ace Beauté [CLOSED]

The team at Ace Beauté is looking for their next team member – an experienced & talented Ads Manager who will help them scale their brand by coming up with effective ads strategies and managing the execution of the ads campaigns.

More specifically, within this role, you will:

• Craft an effective strategy on which types of ads to run and which platforms to use
• Put the ads live and manage them
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the ads – e.g. discontinuing it, increasing the budget, etc.
• Provide detailed weekly reports with an action plan for each live ad (e.g. stopping it, pausing it, adjusting the budget, editing target audience, etc.)
• Interact with the CEO, Content Creator and Marketing Manager on a daily basis

Although onboarding on the brand, the products & the structure of the company will be organised for you once you join the team, Ace Beauté expects you to be an expert on all things ads-related. In your first week at the company, you will have an opportunity to set up ad accounts on various platforms and come up with new ad campaigns. Tasks will be assigned to you via Airtable.

As Ace Beauté’s next Ads Manager, you need to have:

• 3-5 years of experience with ad campaign management
• Strong and diverse ads experience on various platforms with a track record of success
• Expertise and thorough knowledge of how to run effective ad campaigns
• Experience with using platforms such as Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, Bing & Yahoo to run successful ad campaigns
• Experience using Photoshop
• Copywriting skills/experience
• Willing to revise & change the campaign strategy as much as is needed to achieve the best possible results
• Comfortable with providing reports and metrics to measure campaign performance
• Great research skills & willingness to do independent research on new topics
• Excellent work ethic and punctuality when it comes to meeting deadlines
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new things
• Eagerness to take initiative

Brownie points for video editing experience & skills and/or knowledge of the Beauty industry.

What’s in it for you?

• $2750 - $3100* per month for full-time employment
• $1375 - $1550 per month for part-time employment ~ 20 hours per week
• Working hours with obligatory overlap on Monday – Wednesday between 3 PM – 9 PM GMT and on Friday between 3 PM – 5 PM GMT
